I didn't realize it but today was my ninth day and I just wanted to weigh myself and I dropped five pounds!! I'm totally motivated to continue eating well. I'm actually going to detox for a few more days before adding meat bc I did have some slip ups. I hope if you're reading this you'll be motivated to continue on your diet. I can't wait to weigh in another week and to hear about other people on their way to a healthier and slimmer bod.
P.S. I'm looking for some buddies so we can motivate and encourage one another.

I finished phase 1 i lost 6lbs w/o excercise a also am stuck in detox the only thing ive changed is eating cheerios instead of oatmeal
