I lost 7 lbs this past week and am very proud of myself. I hope I can stick to this. With my 30 minute workouts and staying within my calories, I think I will do good.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
