You know how it is in the beginning. My liver and kidneys are all happy because I stopped eating toxins. Yesterday my gut joined the party. I think all the garbage is out, now! I feel good today, very alert. Was hungry in the morning, so ate breakfast today. Thanks for the support!

You can restart your weight and change your diet from the weight history page on the website. It's hard to believe all this stuff is free. This site is very well maintained.
