finally, the scale is moving in the right direction. i was super tired this morning but got up and worked out anyway. not my prettiest workout, or most effective, but still way better than laying in bed! 315 calories down!
142.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
