Bad time in cycle. ..I worked out 7 days for 60 minutes, hard cardio and did not go over points once. I'm not discouraged by the stupid scale. I was very disciplined this week, i'm proud of sticking to the plan.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
