Eeek!! Hate this! 😡! Uptick is thanks to “Amy’s Butternut Squash Soup” and “Butterball Turkey Tenderloins.” Happens the next day like clockwork. Both so delicious! Both ridiculously high in sodium, (to which I’m clearly sensitive). Thankfully, I know it’s a momentary glitch to enjoying two of my favorite low calorie (and satisfying) dinner/lunch foods.
Scale is certain to bounce lower tomorrow. (Been here before). 😞
