Hey guys! I haven't had the chance to log on in the last few days, but I haven't been doing well anyway.. I haven't been eating horribly, I just haven't stuck to the diet and the group of foods we are allowed to have. Which definetely shows on the scale, cuz I haven't lost any weight this week. To make up for the lost time, I am going to do Detox again for a week starting tomorrow. I figured tomorrow would be perfect since tomorrow will be one month since I started the diet.. I have lost 12 lbs so far, but I have stayed at 12 lbs for like a week and a half and it hasn't budged!!! I have to be honest, thioughts of saying screw this and quitting have crossed my mind, but I don't want to quit AGAIN.. I've been trying to lose this weight for over 3 years now, and every time I have tried, I have quit for some reason. I want this time to be different.
