Gained a ton on holiday, was travelling and eating out every single day. No gym. Didn't make the healthiest choices but it was a good time. Now I have to put my head down and get back to work.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
