I'm so excited! I'm starting to find what works for me - basically trying to eat healthy 80% of the time and allowing myself to enjoy the foods I love (and a litte wine onthe weekend!) in moderation! This weekend we went out to eat with friends and I had the best meal ever at Minervas. It was a grilled salmon on a bed of grilled veggies. There was a lot of olive oil so not so low cal but oh so delicious and still healthy. I even had a mini blizzard. So I definitely wasn't feeling deprived. I balanced it out with healthy meals on Sunday. I'm cutting down on the carbs and mostly eating chicken breasts, veggies, and salads. And I always have a skinny cow ice cream treat at night. I eat a lot of salads with spinach, salad greens, feta cheese, chicken breast, red grapes (or strawberries or blue berries, and almonds or pecans - very satisfying!
