Don't like weight going up, but did eat a few salty foods yesterday. Will be extra good today. I was able to do both AM and PM yoga and my elliptical earlier, staying above 45 rpm's to the high 40's/low50's. Elliptical Steps: 1413, Cals: 262 Mins: 30. Step backwards slower: Minutes: 5, Steps: 183, Cals: 38.
