Extra exercise definitely helped. MIL returning from FL at 230pm, so did some grocery shopping for her and met her at baggage claim. We were all hungry so went right to the local restaurant for an early dinner. For dessert went to "Tina's" for IC. Will need to exercise extra again tonight! 1571 steps, then 529: total 2,100. 400 calories in 49:34 (logged as 50) minutes. 5 minutes cool down: 167 steps and 39 calories.
