Back to my original scale, and it looks as though the 137 range was accurate! Nice! Now, keeping it there will be the tough part. I am not feeling well today, and had a pretty hardy breakfast. I will still work out. Chest and Triceps are on the agenda today. I just need to keep an eye on what I eat today if I am going to have a lazy day.
