I started this diet on the 30th of September, and my weight was 115.4. I am amazed at the weight loss. I have about 30 Aldi Slim and Trim shakes here unused. I am retired and have time on my hands, and cooking real food is more enjoyable. Don't get me wrong, the shakes taste great, but real food is better for the soul. I record my weight each day, and what I eat on a spreadsheet, and the whole process is fun. I made a big pot of my Four Drumstick Chicken Soup today, 1036 calories and good luck trying to eat all that in one day. So far, I owe my success, to living alone, with no distractions, and a desire to see my toes again, and something else. lol.
