This was the best week ever weight wise lost 2.2kg since wednesday I journaled every piece of food I ate even the Chocholate. I treat my self to something nice everyday to prevent sudden cravings and binging, I just keep the portions small , it helps me a lot ,feels like cheating but I check that I stay in my dayly RDI.
