So, luckily the birthday dinner went away pretty easily. I still had to finish the strip steak leftovers last night after yoga. Today will be the last weighted excercise in my second round of p90x, legs and back. I'm shooting for 100 or more pull ups this time around. Tomorrow will be kenpo. Looking to be around 138 coming out of the weekend.
