O my gosh is the scale EVER going to move in a positive direction ever again? I think someone has glued it onto 192 pounds and it is freaking stuck there!!! UGH!!!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can completely understand how you feel. When I finally get out of the 190's I will organize a parade for myself. I weighed 195.2 back on August 5, 2012. Here it is January 21, 2014 and I weight 193.9 as of my last weigh in. Hang in there, the scale will move eventually. I tell myself this....often
