Was good yesterday. Had a busy afternoon but all went well. Day 3 of no caffeine (Red Rose decaf tea). Trying to get rid of tinnitus that seems to be associated with Yerba Mate. From research YM has as much caffeine as a strong cup of coffee. Ginkgo Biloba seems to help some.
