No wgt loss but no gain. I suppose I should b thankful for 10 lbs loss in 2 wks but frankly when ur not going over 500 cals a day I would expect more than that. It can b frustrating. I will b glad when I can get another 20 off so I can exercise without killing my back. My next goal is 199. I think I will flip when I get under that 200 mark bc it has been a very long time since I've been under.
