Wow! I managed to hit goal weight! I am over the moon.I have changed a couple of things this week. My workout included kettle bells, I did one turbo session. I ate fish and eggs with my salad and vegetables and increased my fat intake a little. Had a sweet tooth, so I haven't been completely good. Ginger nut biscuits, handfuls of cinnamon chips and addicted to fluff marshmallow. My skin is spotty. This is from the bad sugar. I still have ulcers. A sore one on my tongue and still the one at the bottom of my mouth behind mt little teeth.I know that I will be drinking and eating tonight so may not be target weight by the morning, but just to hit the target is gratifying. My new aim is to tone up now I happy with my weight.
