I went on the South Beach Diet last summer and it helped me lose 15 lbs. Granted, I started to eat horribly and not workout which made me gain the weight back-but it will work. I agree with enniskris in changing up your workout. Swimming is great since there is little to no pressure on your joints and raquetball is one of the best workouts you can get. Hard-but it will definitely give you a good workout. Alternate different workouts each day. Also, try eating some more fish, cut out every beverage but water, and cut out any vegetables that aren't green. It helped me once upon a time-now I just need to get back on the bandwagon and follow my own advice! :)
