Omw 10 days 1 kg down😒 but i will admit it was hard not to cheat... I did cheat alot! Birthday partys and family over... I have decided to be strict with myself i im happy with what I have accomplished so far but im going away beginning of march and have a gole to tri to get down to 60 kg by then and im running out of time!!! Since i wasn't really eating what i should have been eating. So now i need to go to GAME ON MODE!!!
143.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
