Not sure how a weight got entered yesterday, but as of yesterday I just got back on Atkins. Had a great day yesterday - not headaches or body aches and I actually had a good bit of energy. Made a meatloaf last night with ground beef, eggs, cream, onion soup mix, milled flaxseed - and it was delish! had a salad to go with it and some roasted broccoli :-)
