2lbs down after 2 weeks of eating well and mediocre CV. Not disheartened, as I know I've gained muscle in my legs particularly. Also had to contend the 🍽️&🍺 for my wife's Birthday retreat and my father in law's birthday yesterday (2 beers.)
Body has been sedentary for 14months.
I hope for close to 10lbs loss for next Monday's weigh in. Absolutely no alcohol, sugars/carbs on menu this week.
