been @ 155 since mid may. need to drop 10 before goal is complete. 150 was the mid year goal. 145 is lifestyle goal. not being able to exercise for 4 months did not have as dire consequences as it may have ^_^
155.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
