Oh my, New Years celebrations got the better of me. Opps, I will really buckle down now and get back on the healthy food plan that worked well for me in 2018. The time from Thanksgiving to New Years is so easy to lose vigilance in the healthy eating. Good neighbors bringing over cookie and fudge platters, siblings hosting dinners and parties, not to mention snacking while binge watching football and Mrs. Maisel on prime. Tomorrow is a new day and I will get back into the good habits I have been working on. Best of luck to all my friends on FatSecret.
