hungry and tired
252.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 24.5 lb a week

How many calories are you eating and what percentage of fat protein and carbs are you consuming?

less than 2000 thou not counting, have active job so problems always been eating to much. light breakfast a proper lunch and a light dinner. Hard to stick to when training as I feel depleted of energy, so not training to hard. Just about bearable, just

Same here truckin. Hard to get excited about excercise after 11hrs behind the wheel. Time constraints etc...
