Somehow I didn't put on any weight this weekend which is very very surprising. I went out for drinks Friday night, was hungover on Saturday so I got hungry jacks for lunch, then we had wine and nachos for dinner. Sunday we had homemade burgers for lunch and then a huge bbq for dinner. Do be fair I did make sure I stayed under my calorie limit and went for a nice long run Saturday and Sunday. Anyway, back onto the new week with a fresh start and fully prepped meals! Also not going to weight myself until Wednesday then Friday, which will be so hard because I am so usd to doing it daily!
