Hehehehe, one more week of the IF beast mode. Lovely KP, will you continue 1 meal a day? Or go back to the old way at the end?

I'm not sure if my weight loss is due to the one a day meals. I think it helps, but I'm also only eating 500-700 kcal/day and currently water fasting. I will keep up the 500-700 kcal/day for July and that fits very nicely with one meal a day.
