Surprised by my weight today since I ate more calories than "permitted," including a huge bowl of homemade popcorn made with oil. Surprised, but certainly not unhappy.
293.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 93.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
