Up /down! Up / down! it's OK...my weight fluctuates a pound or two or sometimes 3! I usually hover around 170. I am still up from months ago...but am still working on getting back down to 160. I am happy to report i have not had any psychotic food episodes...little hits and misses, but pretty healthy attitude and keeping up with working out. feeling great! My blood pressure is good too! I have not checked it in quite awhile. I think the cardio is paying off!
