I have decided to change my goal weight. I am now aiming for 160! When I got down to 160 before, I was even able to get down to 157 or 158, but HONESTLY those were "starvation" weights...not able to maintain. So, I am aiming for 160 again. It seems when I reached that point, i started to put weight back on...the more I tried, the more i gained...Maybe I was less vigilant or maybe I was not trying as hard...I don't really know at this point. What i am attempting is to set a goal and reach it, maintain it for say, 6 months and then maybe adjust to the next goal. I feel this may set me up for success.
