Yes! Down a lb without stress eating! During the heaviest week of my life—I can do this!!! My hubby’s terminally ill and we’re having meals dropped off so I’m not able to count cals, but aware of portions and snacks. Fitting walks or extra exercise in during errands where I can. And managing to get at least 6 hrs sleep somehow. Must be doing something right!
