Day 1 of a planned 1 days of ‘refeed’
The fast was super successful (3 pounds in 2 days). I break the fast tonight.
The key will be 'a proper refeed' meaning **Do Not Carb Up**.
Tomorrow it is back on the 'water fast' .
Today I 🏃🏾♂️ run...

@liv001, @HCB - Thanks! - - Also, my 5 mile 🏃🏾♂️ run this morning was nearly 3 days 'fasted'. I ended up dropping another 2 pounds. I didn't log it, because it will *disappear* by tomorrow morning ('rehydration'+'refeed'), but, seeing the scale say 189lbs was really *motivating* 😜
