me too. not sure why. I'm trying to get away from it because I get the cheap stuff and it's got creatine in it. as long as I've tried it it does t give me anything noticable. probably a waste of money for me. plus I'm getting 200g protein a day with out the powder. have a great run!!

I don't like meat that much so keeping my protein up is hard. I have to use it...

My wife is the same way diana. It's a texture thing with her. So she has some new protein doctor recommended. Super convenient though. I love whey.

@one.point.O - I have experimented several times, eat the same thing, but, cut out the protein powder. Twice the weight loss. Problem is the protein powder 'gives me a full feeling'.

@Diana 1234 - I think most people are taking in less than 100g of protein a day, so they won't have any problems :) Guys like me are having 150g+ days. This is what I have to stop...

I cut down recently too. I think because I’m not swimming anymore. We got this friend 🙌💙🤎💜💚

You are right - extra protein gets metabolized through the liver and stored as fat when there is too much!

My nutritionist wants me at 100 grams of protein a day because I lift 5-6 days a week. I can't get that from meat so I take a grass fed whey with my oatmeal every morning.

Yes, there is only so much for those amino acids to 'repair'. The rest has to follow law of conservation of energy :) 🙌🏾
