Day 1 of a planned 2 days of ‘water fasting’
The bad news is that this is a 2+ year high.
The good news is that my planned zero carbs and protein diet for 3 days this week should take care of this.
Next week I plan to try to do zero carbs and protein for 4 strait days so that will hopefully give me a good 'net loss over the week'.
What I really need to do is not to carb up so much over the weekends. I tried, but, as soon as any carbs hit my bloodstream the urge to consume more becomes uncontrollable. So, fasting, which has worked for nearly 3 years, is what I have to continue to do.
I am off for a 5 mile 🏃🏾♂️ run.
