Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Two weeks ago I recorded a podcast with FatSecret.
Basically I talked about how journaling and communicating with friends on FatSecret is what made the difference for me 😊
I just listened to the edit of the podcast and I think it came out really good.

Thank you for link and update on the podcast. Look forward to it. You mentioned the importance of logging earlier, and it played on my mind when being an addict again for some days ago. I think it made me blindly record my gain, and eventually got it turned around with logging. Excuses for not logging, and 'just enjoy life' came up. Bad place to be in. Good to be back to logging.
