Day 1 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Well Kentucky Fried Chicken Day! Was a *bust*. Ended up eating carbs and then kept eating. I love to eat Frosted Flakes before bed time, and that is how I ended the day.
I blame the Game Of Thrones finale Haha! I was full by the time it came on, but, I felt a need to eat while watching it.
I did get to the 🏋🏾♂️ gym and lifted hard. Let's see if the pounds drop fast like they did last week.
Back on the ‘no solid food fast’…

I will set my goal to 160 too. It scares me a bit, so I'll leave it till the current goal is reached. Over the next five days, I will with interest follow how your liquid fasting compares to my four solid meals a day. Bet you will do better over these five days.

@Diddlee - Last week was so weird how I lost so much weight so fast that I have given up *knowing* anything haha! I honestly have no-idea what will happen this week. So, yes, let's see what happens :)
