2019 PUSH UP Challenge! 2019 PUSH UP Challenge (Overall leaderboard)👍🏾 Nice to finally have the scale moving in the right direction.
I 📈 gained a lot over the Thanksgiving holiday and it was real fat because it was slow to come off.
I think the 🧘🏾♂️ 'mental hope' that a fast brings me is what is most effective. No matter how much I get off track, I know I always have a tool that will 'move things in the direction I want to go'. Otherwise I can become discouraged and lose hope.
