Day 2 of a planned 5 day 'no solid food fast'

🧘🏾♂️ I had hoped for a 2 pound loss because I did a good job of drinking only Green Tea during the day. I will try that again on Wednesday, but, if it doesn't give me a loss of 2-3 pounds a day I will go back to drinking protein drinks during the day. 'Water only' takes 'mental effort' from me and it is only worth it for big losses.
🏋🏾 Today is a lifting day so I will allow myself Protein drinks during the day. The one change I will make is that I wont have any heavy cream except for my morning and my evening drink. I think last week I took in a lot of untracked carbs by consuming too much of it last week.
This is a picture of my "Norpro Cordless Mini Mixer, 5 Piece Set" I got on Amazon. This thing will completely mix a full scoop of "Quest Nutrition Protein Powder", heavy cream, Splenda, and coffee. So good!
