Woohoo... that's fantastic and your overall loss is AWESOME, so keep up the great work! Ooh, I used to go to water aerobics before returning to work and really loved it - great working against the resistance of water and really good fun. Thanks for your lovely message in my journal the other day. You are so right that I don't sleep enough, so I should change that and try and get some more hours in during the week. Alas, bit of a night owl sometimes... lol, hence Moonlite - there just aren't enough hours in the day!! Loved what you said about hanging in there with you and you promise to be there for us too.
