Beautiful day! biked 1 and a half hours just in my neighborhood. walked half hour there, too. Eating healthy. Didn't go out for breakfast on sat., as usual. We ate out twice. Homemade blueberry pancake with walnuts on sunday.

I proud to be just remotely associated with someone that can spend 1 1/2 hours on a bike. Seriously, with that kind of exercise, you should reach your goal in record time.

Wonderful exercise! Good weather is so motivating for being out and moving. Mmmm... the pancakes with walnuts sound yummy! Your chart is moving down nicely - way to go!
