I also thought I wasted half of Aug & all of Sep, as I plateaued the whole time. But video appointment with Dr. on Sep 21 knocked some sense into me. He was perfectly happy with weight loss, he said even 2-4 lbs a month is healthy and a very good rate.
One hint: Try to stop eating prepared foods for each day before you reach 2500mg of salt.
