Here is what i am eating today: one half of a 5 inch homemade blueberry walnut pancake and 1 C.of juice from our juicer. Homemade Veggie Soup with meatless meatballs and a big green salad with no dressing(I just nibble on it like a rabbit, one leaf at a time. Half a cup of homemade pudding(jell-o cook & serve)90 cal.,half a banana, and 6 walnuts) for a 3 pm snack. 350 cal. tv dinner with 9 gr. of fat. Half of a Balance Bar for night snack which is 100cal. total 1050 cal. i'll probably eat the whole bal. bar! luv, mary
