I joined the YMCA last week and have been going to Silver Sneakers Classic and Yoga and Zumba Gold! Also the elliptical machine and the weight machines. I am getting my money's worth! They also have the Senior Steppers who perform dance routines out. I tried it and they dance for 2 hours! Wow, it was quite a workout. Does anyone know what chugs are? They are hard on the knees, a dance step where you jump forward then back.
