well, I'm still counting daily, and still logging, but not here. lol I've been using CC because it gives me more complete nutritional data...like how I've been coming up just a little bit short of my calcium intake every day, and I can't DO that, I have osteoporosis! But I still love y'all over here, so try to check in every few days. OK OK so it's been over a week. But hey, life's been busy! lol
Hope everyone is doing well. I had a loss this week, so I'm a happy camper. Had a tiny loss last week, and have been holding at that weight for almost 8 days...so I dropped my calories a bit, and voila! Losing again! YAY for a scale that goes down! lol
