So Tomorrow Is My Birthday(: Yay! I'm Not Having birthday cake or icecream. I know it's only one day and it's fine but once I Have a taste , I know I'll Fall Back into Wanting more and more. I Would Happily like to Say That I Am Off Soda For good. It Was pretty easily actually. Since I've Been drinking water so long now, it just comes second nature. I Did have one sip of soda yesterday But I didnt even have the desire to drink more. Also I Think my appetite is "even-ing itself out". I've Been Eating less food and taking less on my plate. The Only trouble I'm having is with nighttime. Grr! I'm at a perfect or below calorie take and then nighttime hits and I'm over. I really need to distract myself from doing that. Well, Thats about all.(:
