WI was on Wednesday and I was pleased to see a negative result. I have been visualizing that I am a naturally thin person and that I normally make healthy choices. I think that helped me keep my holiday eating in check. I have also been pretty naturally active. I find that it is much easier to stay full if I drink plenty of hot tea in the early part of the day. It hits the spot mid morning and makes me feel fullish coming into lunch.
My mother in law has started her usual concern that I might get too thin. She was brought up to believe that people my height should never weigh less than 150 pounds - regardless of how that weight looks on them - so she starts to agitate for me to eat more and I sometimes think that she slips in high fat stuff into my meals. It is v. weird.
