@Oopy00, I'm so happy for you! I just read your profile, making your post today even more remarkable. You're doing great! One thing you said in your profile: "But no fast food!!! I swear there is hormones in that crap that makes me want more!" The answer: It's SUGAR. That's what makes processed food so addictive. I discovered this years ago, in the supermarket. When I compared the "regular" and "reduced fat" Nutrition Facts on a popular snack, I discovered that they'd replaced the fat with sugar!

Congrats on meeting this goal! Goals are so important to help keep focus, but don't worry about a deadline, the time will pass no matter how fast you lose. I have to limit myself to only do 5 lb. goals and then I celebrate by setting my goal for the next 5 lbs. but I have to constantly remind myself that it really doesn't matter how long it takes me to get there, so long as I DO get there. If I set a time limit, I just get too stressed out and this it too important to risk triggering the rebellious saboteur that is lurking inside me, and once she is released, that b*tch is hard to shut down again.
