I went to the gym 3 days last week and feel great. I'm taking it slow because I'm still recovering from a back fusion surgery I had in October. I've been watching my portion sizes and eating "low" carb. I learned that eliminating them completely can help you achieve great weight loss but eventually it all comes back. I'm eating 2x the amount of veggies instead of potatoes, pasta or bread. I've been eating more nuts/almonds. So - I lost one lb. last week, hope for the same this week.
