Back from vacation, and managed to keep my weight relatively steady. Skiing 6 hours per day helped balance any extra points. I did not use my journal, but, I was relatively careful not to overindulge, and tried to keep my fruit and veg content up.
I will make sure that I re-start counting points again today. I am finding that being back home and having access to herbal tea (for water) is helping to keep me full.
I am also thinking of having a routine of measured cereal with fruit for breakfast, and soup for lunch ( with fruit ) to help keep my points consumption low at the beginning of the day.
Still very pleased to come off of vacation one pound down. I really want make it below 150 pounds before the end of the month!
